Contagious Illness: To protect our community, we will not provide services to any guest exhibiting symptoms of a contagious illness. This includes, but is not limited to: Fever, COVID-19, Influenza (Flu), Common Cold, Stomach Flu, or contagious skin conditions. 

Zero-Tolerance Policy: For your safety and the integrity of our private spa treatments, services will not be provided to anyone under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, or illegal drugs.

Termination: Any guest who arrives intoxicated or exhibits inappropriate behavior will be asked to leave immediately. Full payment for the scheduled session, will still be required.

Draping Policy: Professional draping is mandatory during all massage therapy services. You will be securely draped with a sheet at all times; only the specific area being worked on will be exposed. Genital areas are never exposed or massaged. 

Confidentiality: Your privacy is our priority. All personal and health information remains strictly confidential, allowing you to fully relax during your Massage. 

General Hygiene: Showering immediately before your appointment is not required if arriving from the office or daily activities. However, for those indulging in our massage treatments, a fresh feeling can enhance your experience. Post-Workout: If you are arriving directly from a gym or after engaging in a high-intensity workout, you must be freshly showered and dry before your session begins.

I offer massage treatments using professional, hypoallergenic lotions and oils to minimize skin irritation. 

Personal Products: If you have highly sensitive skin, you are welcome to bring your own preferred massage oil or lotion for us to use during your massage therapy.

Pet Notice: Please be advised that a cat lives on the premises in a separate area. Guests with severe cat allergies should take this into consideration before booking a massage.

Respect & Dignity: Every guest enjoying our massage treatments is treated with the utmost respect. We maintain strict professional and personal boundaries at all times.

Punctuality: Your healing journey through our massage treatments begins and ends at the scheduled time. 

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your massage therapy services, your session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time to respect the next guest's appointment. The full service fee will apply. Confirmation: We will reach out to confirm your appointment for services 24 to 48 hours in advance, ensuring that you enjoy our massage.

Arrival Window: To maintain privacy while enjoying our private home studio, we do not have a public indoor waiting area. Please arrive no more than 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled time for your massage therapy services. If you arrive earlier, we kindly ask that you wait in your vehicle until your session window begins.
